If an invoice delivery is accepted for regular customers, the products delivered to them remain the property of UH until full payment of the purchase price. The customer automatically grants UH the right to enter any retention of title in the register of retention of title agreements.

If the customer does not fully or partially meet his payment obligations, the amounts due are due immediately. UH reserves the right to suspend all deliveries. If errors or damage should appear (visible or invisible), the customer must immediately inform UH after their discovery, at the latest seven calendar days after receipt of the package or taking charge of the products. For the claims management procedure, the package must be kept in its delivered condition and the product must not be used.

A contribution to the delivery costs is requested only once per order. Shipping costs are free from an amount of 150.-. Delivery is made on Swiss territory only.

Since UH does not manufacture the products sold itself, it has no influence on the durability and functionality of the products or on the warranty services of the manufacturer. For this reason, the warranty conditions and warranty period of the manufacturer apply. In the event of a warranty, the manufacturers respectively have the choice of carrying out the repair, the exchange for a product of similar value or the compensation up to the current value of the product, being limited however to the value of purchase of the product and only in the form of a purchase voucher. In any case, this decision is up to the manufacturer. A warranty service can only be provided insofar as there are no grounds for exclusion such as damage arising from handling errors or mechanical damage. This includes, for example, elementary damage,

moisture damage, damage from dropping or bumping, excessive use or defects caused by handling or modification. Wearing parts such as rubber bands, batteries, straps, lamps, etc. are excluded from the warranty or from a limited warranty period.

If the manufacturer or service partner demands payment of costs for repairs not covered by the warranty obligation, these are chargeable to the customer. For products that do not present a detectable error or if their defect is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, UH or the manufacturer may pass on to the customer the costs incurred by the examination of the products and their shipment. Exchange or repair under warranty does not result in any extension of the initial warranty period.

12. Liability
